Orders are preferably made online, but can also be done over the phone or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Go to “contact us” for further information about how you can get in touch!
All prices given in our web shop are per item (NB! Not per store pack) and are excluding VAT (sales tax) and shipping. A shipping cost will be added to all orders according to the cost of your chosen delivery method. The product price given at the time of purchase will be the same as the price at delivery. We reserve the right that without prior notice change the number of ordered articles when the ordered quantity does not correspond to the quantity in a store pack. The number in each pack is clearly stated for each article in our online catalogue. Packs cannot be divided up.
Minimum order amount apply, please contact the sale representative in your country for conditions. Delivery time: Standard articles are delivered between 1-10 days from the time the order has been placed. If the product is temporarily unavailable the delivery time may take up to 6-12 weeks. If you wish to cancel your order due to long delivery time, it is your responsibility to cancel it in writing in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before the order has been processed. Note that once orders have been sent out and are on their way to be delivered, they can no longer be cancelled. NB! Please read the special conditions for non-standard articles in the paragraph “Cancelling your Order”.
All deliveries are made from Sweden with the forwarder of our choice. It is the buyers’ responsibility to make sure that the address given at the time of the order is correct. It is important that any potential damage caused during the transport is reported to the forwarder within five days of delivery. The customer also needs to inform us in writing and confirm that a claim has been made to the forwarder within the set time frame.
Manage your order
The customer has the right to change their order up until the point that the order is processed. This is done without extra cost other than the potential price difference if products on the order are replaced. This applies to all products except for those that do not belong to the standard collection and those products that are not stocked in Sweden. The price of the products is determined by the price of the products at the time that the order is changed. Please note that orders that have been sent from our warehouse can’t be changed.
Cancelling an order
Cancelling an order without extra cost is possible for customers up until the point that the order is processed. The order is processed when an invoice and/or delivery arrangements have been made. Cancelling an order after the order has been processed is not possible. Once an order has been processed, customers are under obligation to receive the delivery. It is not possible to cancel special orders of non-stock products after we have ordered them from our supplier. Any cancellation is not to be considered as accepted until we have sent out a confirmation of the cancellation.
Any reclaim of an article (other than damage caused during delivery) needs to be sent to us via email within three days of received delivery. Reclaims made after this set time-frame can’t be accepted. Any returns of defect products must be approved by us before they can be returned. Non-approved returns will not be accepted.
We retain the right for printed errors, false information, incorrect specification of the products and services in our assortment. All visual information on our website should be considered as illustrations and we cannot guarantee that a picture accurately captures the product’s exact appearance, color or nature.
Any legal dispute will be referred to a Swedish court.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, lack of delivery from suppliers, costly circumstances, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the agreements and commitments from our side, which means that we can not keep the agreement shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.

We use the information you provide to us to keep an updated customer register in both our internal system and in our webshop.

We share relevant information with our sub-agents who are responsible for your particular geographical area. Information shared is, among other things, the contact persons name, the store's address, phone number and email address. We strive to never share more personal information than absolutely necessary with each sub-agent.
We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable laws regarding safety and privacy. We make the same demands on our sub agents.
We only provide your phone number and e-mail address to freight carriers for delivery notifications or if requested to ensure delivery.

Removal of information
Everybody that has been registered have the right to have access to their information and at request have their information moved or removed. If you wish to have your information deleted, we kindly ask you to contact us.
How we process your personal information when you are no longer a customer
When you no longer wish to keep your account with us, we will remove your personal information from records where there is no longer any purpose for further processing. We also notify any sub-agent that has processed your data that it must be deleted from their records as well.
Among the things that are not removed are:
